The Updating of Quantity Consumed option is used in conjunction with post-billing unit dose medication (billing for the actual number of doses consumed by the patient at the end of the billing cycle).

Use the following definitions to complete the Print Options:
Update Days Supply - Type YES to recalculate the Days Supply
on each prescription based on the dosage units being dispensed.
Prescription information displays on the Update Quantity Consumed screen.
Dispensed Qtys may be edited and prescriptions may be deactivated as needed.
