Prescriptions that are added to the Fill List before transactions are created, but after the Fill List is created must be added via the Supplemental Fill List.
Access PrimeCare.
Click Facility Management, Fill List Utilities, Supplemental Fill List, Routine (Short Cycle, IV, and Bulk).
The Facility Scan displays. Press the corresponding function key(s) for the Fill List(s) to be run, or double click the each facility. The facility name color changes from black to red.
Click Continue. The Create Supplemental Fill List screen displays the name of each facility, group code, set code, Date Range, and duration. Verify that all Fill Lists you wish to run display correctly.
Click Create. Click YES to begin the supplemental list process. The system automatically runs the supplemental and pulls in the additional prescriptions added to the Fill List since it was created.
