Use the following definitions to complete the Print Options:
Print Edit Report - Type YES to print a report showing prescriptions which were or were not filled and the reason.
Fill Rx's - Type YES to fill prescriptions. Type NO to print an edit report without filling prescriptions.
Charge Accts - Type YES to charge the prescriptions to the charge accounts.
Edit Price Plan - Type the Price Plan Description. This is one of the most important features of the Cycle Fill program. Set up a unique price plan that contains error message options to apply to all cycle fill prescriptions. This program uses only the error message options established on this price plan. Pricing occurs from the price plan that is on the Rx. Set all non-important messages to not display. Set items such as Life of Rx Exceeded, No Refills on Class 3, 4, OR 5, Stop Date Has Been Exceeded, etc., to allow filling. Only in the cycle fill program will the system automatically discontinue and reassign prescriptions that cannot be refilled.
Errors Only - Type YES to print prescriptions containing errors.
Remote Rxs - Type YES to discontinue and reassign prescriptions selected from a remote store to be refilled at a host store. This option is similar to the M and N functions from the Prescription Record, with three exceptions: The Remaining Refills field subtracts a refill as the refill is executed and the remaining number displays on the transferred Rx. The Stop Date remains the same as the original prescription which was transferred. If the normal No Refill Allowed exceptions (exceeded stop date, no refills remaining) exist, the prescription transfers using the normal M and N procedure.
Label Fill Date - Type the date to print on a label when using the W filling key. This option does not change the fill date when actually filling a prescription with the U, V, Y, or Z filling functions.
Print Labels - Type YES to print prescription labels.
