and verbiage from the following forms:
Refill Request Message
Emergency Class 2 Request
Class 2 Continuation Request
Class 3-5 New RxRequest
Store Control
Added a column of checkboxes titled, PMP Consult, to the Controlled Substance Options window in Store Control > Store Level Options > Store Options > System > Log Controlled Substance Rxs link. Default = Unchecked. Checkboxes display to the right of the Require ID checkboxes for: Class 2 Drug Rx, Class 3 Drug Rx, Class 4 Drug Rx, Class 5 Drug Rx, Class 5 Drug OTC Rx, Rx for Special Drugs of Concern. If a box is checked, then a prescription for that particular class cannot be filled unless the Consulted PMP box is selected on the Rx Filling Options screen. Otherwise, an error displays.
Employee Record
Added an option, PMP Consultation, to the Employee Detail screen in the Prescription Access section. If selected, employee access is granted to select the PMP Consulted option on the Rx Filling Options screen. An attempt to select this option results in error if the system is authorized for NARxCHECK and the employee does not have PMP Analysis access.
Rx Summary
Moved the PMP Analysis link from the Additional screen of the Rx Summary to General.
Added a link, PMP Consultation, that displays depending on the Store Level Options selection under Log Controlled Substances. It is enabled once applicable records are available. Click to view the PMP Consultation Info screen for the following: Employee, Initials, Seq #, Date/Time, and NARxCHECK info.
Rx Filling Options (Rx Summary)

Added an option, Consulted PMP, to the Rx Summary > Fill > Filling Options screen. Once selected and saved (whether manually or by the system when the PMP Analysis is returned), the Date, Time, and Initials of the user are written to the PMP Consultation Info screen of the Rx Transaction once the prescription is filled. This provides a reference in cases where there are refills on the prescription, as the PMP database needs to be checked for each fill. Note: Option is grayed out if PMP Consult is not selected in Store Control > Store Level Options > Store Options > System.
Transaction
Added a link, PMP Consultation Info, to the Transaction > Additional Information screen. Click to access the PMP Consultation Info screen for the following: Patient Name, Drug Name, Rx Number, and a Consulted PMP detail grid.
If the Transaction is voided or updated, reversed and then retransmitted, the Employee, Initials, Date/Time, and NARxCHECK values are not altered. These fields are populated the first time a PMP Analysis is performed for a Transaction or when the Consulted PMP option is selected on the Filling Options screen.
Creating Transactions from Fill Lists for Short Cycle
Updated the following under Facility Management > Created Transactions from Fill List > Short Cycle:
When creating transactions, if any prescription meets the criteria determined in Store Level Options to require a PMP Analysis check, if the PMP Analysis box is not selected on the prescription, then the prescription is printed on the Creating Transactions From Fill Lists Error Report.

Modified the following to provide the option to prevent HIPAA information from printing on the Patient Information Leaflet.

The data can then be submitted to the Community Pharmacy Enhanced Services Network (CPESN) if the pharmacy has enabled the RedSail Patient Chart and signed a CPESN Service Authorization Form.
Enrollment to begin February 2021 with the general release of Service Pack 34.
To sign up, contact Pharmacy Services. Once complete, Client Services will make an appointment with your pharmacy to enable RedSail Patient Chart (see option below). Prescriptions cannot be processed during this time. Please expect this process to take between 30 and 45 minutes.
Added an option, Enable RedSail Patient Chart, to Store Control > Store Level Options > Store Options > System.

Reason Code for Partially Dispensed Medications
Added the ability to send reason codes in RxFill Messages for partially dispensed medications. An RxFill Message popup displays if a prescription is filled for a quantity less than authorized. A reason for the partial dispense can be chosen. Depending on your pharmacy's Workflow setup, an RxFill Message is either triggered after Quality Assurance or Delivery/Will Call with the chosen reason code. If Fill List Export is being used, the system automatically generates the Partially Dispensed RxFill Message for the prescription if the Send RxFill? Print Option is set to YES and the cassette quantity is less than the original quantity. The RxFill displays a reason code of FV.
If Verify is off, the Partial Reason Code List displays once Fill is clicked.
