To alleviate dispensing errors, expanded the Drug and Generic fields to display up to 30 characters on the Rx Summary.

This will especially be helpful in cases in which the drug is an ointment or cream and is indicated as such at the end of the drug name.

The following enhancements were created to provide you and your customers a solution for linking payments to transactions when using a third party biller.

Added the Transaction Sequence Number to the following:

• VFI Statements
• AR Profile and AR History

Patients may use the sequence number printed on their statements when entering payments online to their third party biller. These payments can then be posted to the respective transactions in your pharmacy system once the payment file is received from the third party biller. The sequence number is a way to link any type of copay to a prescription for a particular date of fill. This payment link, or sequence number can be used when patients are seeking reimbursements from their insurance provider.

To comply with Hawaii state law, added Supervising Physician DEA #, NPI #, LIC:, Sender ID, Address, and Phone to print on the Hawaii eRx RxRenewal Response and New Rx hard copies, if present in the message from SureScripts.

Changes have been made to the 835 reconciliation file to include the option for payers to enter a fill number. Should they include this entry, the word Fill as well as the fill number follows the prescription number in field CLP01.

Implemented changes to support eligibility checking via CoverMyMeds. Previously, responses from CoverMyMeds displayed in the Claim Detail screen instead of the Eligibility Response window. Also, if your store was using the store option, Update Patient with Facilitator Response, the Patient Insurance Information was not being updated automatically. Implemented updates to ensure the detail displays in the Eligibility Response window and to update the Patient Insurance Information automatically.

Further changes were implemented to eVoucher to ensure proper accounting and correct payment to your pharmacy.

Added a field, Voucher, to the Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Copay Breakdown screens accessed via the Copay link. This field is updated if there is an amount returned in the Other Payor Amount Recognized (566-J5) field and displays the eVoucher fee from the primary free text 504-F4 or 526-FQ minus 566-J5 from the claim response.

Modified Split Fill List Transaction for New Orders to create a transaction if the start date is less than or equal to the billing start date.

Previously, the prescription was sent to WorkFlow/Error Resolution as a Fill List pended transaction with no transaction actually created. However, the Edit Fill List displayed a posted quantity as though a transaction had been created.

Implemented the following to streamline data and allow shippers to pull the Delivery Method, specifically to help in cases where there are multiple shippers and carriers.

Added Delivery Method code to field 18 of the Orders.csv file. This code, up to ten characters, is pulled from the Delivery Method on the Transaction.

The Skip Price Code option for the Shipping Interface is no longer is use. Revised the field to be used for refrigerated items as detailed below.

Changed the Skip Price Code option to Refrigerated Item. If selected, R is sent to the shipper if Refrigerate is selected on the Drug Record > Additional Information screen.

Also, implemented changes to send the Ship Date if present on the Transaction in place of the Delivery Date or Fill Date.

Implemented changes to send the patient status in HL7 2.5 so the vendor has confirmation whether the patient is still not really active in PrimeCare, as is the case for HL7 Version 2.3.

Added Patient Status to field ZP1-2. Values include:

• Preserve (*)
• Inactive (I)
• Discharge (D)
• Deleted (#)
• Active (blank)
• Nursing Home (N)
• Animal (A)

Updated the PrimeCare Security (login) screen with the ability to display updates regarding education opportunities for future RedSail Advantage Solutions programs.

Employee Email is Missing or Invalid Screen

Updated the Employee Email is Missing or Invalid screen to display a red asterisk next to the Email field and the "Email will be required for future enhancements to improve security and to streamline the login process," message if the Email field is left blank.

If an invalid email is entered and Continue is selected, the Employee Email is Invalid window displays. Select OK, and the Employee Email is Missing or Invalid prompt redisplays with the Email field cleared.

If Email is left blank and Continue is selected, "Email is required" displays in the green bar at the bottom of the screen.

To return to the main login screen, press Esc key on the keyboard, or select Cancel.

Added the following Medication Management interfaces:

Impruvon - Includes HL7 2.5 ADT Outbound, HL7 2.5 Orders Outbound, and 2.5 Refills to PrimeCare.

MyEMMA Health Technologies - Includes HL7 2.2 ADT to Vendor and HL7 2.2 Orders Outbound.
