Outcome Code Table

This option displays the Outcome Codes entered in the system. The codes are used when recording the results of patient interventions, such as consulting with a doctor when a prescription results in duplicate therapy or interactions. Codes are linked to the patient on the Patient Record/Patient Outcomes screen.

To view Outcome Codes:

1. Access PrimeCare.

2. Click Store Control, Outcome Code Table. The Outcome Code Table displays:

3. To scroll through the codes entered in the table, click .

4. To add a new code, select a blank line in the table and position the cursor in the Code field. Type the new Code, the Fee and Outcome.

5. Press CTRL+S or click .
