Alternate Conditions are set up in Store Control and can be attached to the Patient Chart. The Patient Chart contains the clinical information necessary for Patient Medication Therapy Reviews.
To access Alternate Conditions:
1. Access PrimeCare.
2. Click Store Control, Alternate Conditions. The Alternate Condition Definitions window displays:
3. To scroll through the values, click

4. To edit a condition, double-click the condition or click 
.
The Alternate Condition Definitions window expands to display an Edit
Condition section:
5. Make edits as needed and press CTRL+S

6. To add a new condition, click 
. The
Alternate Condition Definitions window expands to display a blank Edit
Condition section. Complete the Short Code and Alter Condition fields.
7. Press CTRL+S or click .
