Using this report as a guide, access the Prescriber
Record with the incorrect NPI and flag the record for deletion.The Duplicate NPI Report prints a list of prescribers with the same NPI number. This report does not have Select, Sort or Print Options. When the report is selected, it automatically prints.
To run this report:
1. Click Reports. Select Prescriber and click Duplicate NPI.
2. The report prints.
