Compliance Reports

The Compliance Reports option displays a sub-menu of reports that meet specifications established by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP). Access these reports when your State Board of Pharmacy legislates report formats and adopts regulations which require their use.

To run a compliance report:

1. Access PrimeCare.

2. Click Reports. Select Compliance and then click the report required by your State Board. Options are:

• Nightly Controlled Drug

  The Nightly Controlled Drug report is based off the Rx Transaction File.

  Print Option:

  2 Line Addr - Type YES to print a second line to print the patient's and doctor's addresses.

• Controlled Substance Drug

  The Controlled Substance Report (By Drug) is based off the Rx Transaction File. There are No Print Options for the report.

• Controlled Substance Prescriber

  The Controlled Substance Audit Report (By Prescriber) is based off the Rx Transaction File. There are no Print Options for the report.

• Controlled Substance Pharmacist

  The Controlled Substance Pharmacist report is based off the Rx Transaction File. There are no Print Options for the report.

   

• Controlled Substance On Hand

  The Controlled Substance On Hand report is based off the Drug File. There are no Print Options for the report.

• Patient Profile

  The Patient Profile report is based off the Rx Transaction File.
  
  Print Option:

  Print SIG - Type YES to print the SIG Verbiage on a second line.

• DEA Registration Number

  The DEA Registration Number report has no Select, Sort or Print Options.

3. Complete the Select, Sort and Print Options based on the information required.
