Update Rx Short Cycle Utility

This option is used to select the Rx Short Cycle field on existing prescription records.

To Access:

1. Access PrimeCare.

2. Click Facility Management, Update Rx Short Cycle Utility. The following displays:
   
   

3. Answer Yes and the Short Cycle field is selected on existing prescriptions if the following conditions are met:

   • Drug Record - Part D SCD Drug is selected

   • Price Plan - Part D option is selected

   • Facility Record - Patient Residence is set to 03

   • Facility Record - CMS Part D Defined Facility is set to Yes
     

Otherwise, answer No.
