Delivery Sheets are used to record nursing home receipts of medication. Print Delivery Sheets in duplicate or triplicate and return a signed copy to the pharmacy.
Access PrimeCare.
Click Facility Management, Delivery Sheets, Transaction Delivery Sheet.
The system prompts for a Beginning Transaction Number. Type the transaction number to begin printing. Click OK. Click Cancel to bypass the option. The sort time is less if a number is entered.
Complete the Select and Sort Options according to your needs. Recommended Select Options include:
Rx - Discontinue
Code ....NO
These Select Options ensure that any items already assigned or discontinued
do not print on the Delivery Sheet, and that duplicates do not appear
in Docutrack or Delivery Track.
Click Next.
The Sort Options display. Click Next;
the Print Options display.
Complete the Print Options according to the following field definitions and click Finish.
Show Price - Type YES
to print the price of the items on each line. Type COP
to print the copay amount.
Beg Trans # - Type the transaction
number to begin printing. You must enter at least 1.
End Trans # - Type the transaction
number to end printing.
Room Totals - Type YES
to print a separate page listing the total dollars of the drug cost and
total prescription price per bed for this Delivery Sheet.
# Of Copies - Type the number of
copies to print.
Format Option - Valid entries are:
First position: Type 1
to print on 8 1/2 x 11 paper.
Type 2 to print on 5 1/2 x 8 1/2
paper.
Type 3 to print on 8 1/2 x 11 paper
following printer selection font.
Second position: Type 2
to print the signature lines and message on every sheet. Any other value
prints the signature lines and message only on the last page. The signature
lines are:

Third position: Type 2
to print the nursing home address information under the nursing home name.
Also, controlled substances print on separate pages with a header that
states it is for controlled substances. If using this form, sort by group,
then wing, then Rx Store/Class.
Note:
If you choose format option 222, and you want page breaks by wing as well
as Rx Class, sort by group, then wing, then Rx/Class, use NPG on both
group and wing Sort Options.
Prt Store Name - Type YES
to print the store name on the Delivery Sheet.
Print NDC# - Type YES
to print the NDC number of the drug on the Delivery Sheet.
Print Pat Info - Type NO and to prevent the patient's address, telephone number, name from the In Care of field from printing. Type YES to print one patient per page with the patient name, address, telephone number, and name from the In Care of field. Type YA2 to print the patient's second address line under the patient address line. Type YA3 to print the first patient's address for all patients.
Barcode Sheets - Type YES to print the barcode sheets.
Cover Sheet - Type YES to print the facility information and the barcode only if both Print Options are selected.
Export File - Type YES to print the delivery sheet and export the file. Type ONLY to create the export file but not print the delivery sheet. Type NO to bypass the export.
Export Path - Type the path to be used to export the file.
Print Dsp Unit - Type YES to print Disp Unit.
Print Med Rec# - Type YES for Show Price to overwritten.
Collate Copies - Type YES to collate.
Delivery Note - Type YES to print delivery notes from the Patient Additional Information screen.
Delivery Svc - Type YES to export the DelSheet*.DAT file and save it to the local QS1 folder. The Delivery Sheet data is transmitted to Docutrack via the web service.
