Print POFs, MARs, Psychotropic Forms

Use this option to print the Physicians Order Forms, Medication Administration Records and Psychotropic Forms. Click here to view all form selections and search for forms by options.

1. Access PrimeCare.

2. Select Facility Management; click Print POFs, MARs, Psychotropic Forms.

3. Enter the form ID and click OK. The Select Options screen displays.

4. Complete the Select Options and click Next.

5. Complete the Sort Options and click Next.

6. Complete the Print Options and click Finish to print the forms.
