Precautions Report

The Precautions Report is used with the Patient education Monograph File. It lists the precautions for each drug monograph in a patient's Rx Profile.

To run the Precautions Report:

1. Access PrimeCare.

2. Click Facility Management, Reports, Precautions Report. Select Options display:
   
   

3. Complete the Select Options and click . Sort Options display:
   
   

4. Complete the Sort Options and click . Print Options display:
   
   

5. Use the following definitions to complete the Print Options:
   
   Restart Name - To restart printing with one particular patient, type that patient name.
   Drug Groups - Type the drug group(s) to print.
   Ignore Groups - Type the drug group(s) to omit.
   Prt 8 Prefix - Type YES to include drugs beginning with an 8.
   Orig Ord Date - Type the dates to select only those drugs with the specified original order dates.
   Frequencies - Type the frequency codes to print.
   Prt No Mono - Type YES to list drugs with or without a monograph.
