The Consultant Worksheet is used to record drug clinical information regarding patients' therapy. It compares the active Rx profile against the Indicator file and produces a list of potential problems for review. The Clinical Information Window of the Drug Record must be set up with the applicable therapeutic indicators in the Nursing Home Therapeutic Class field.
The process of generating a report in PrimeCare involves a set of steps referred to as Report Logic. These steps include selecting data, sorting the selected data in a certain order and then printing the report. Review Reports Overview for details on these steps.

Restart Name - To restart printing with one particular patient, type that patient name.
PRN HOA Code - Type the PRN HOA Code or frequency code, or both, to separate the number of PRN mediations in the patient's profile from routine medications. Leave blank to print the total number of PRN and Routine prescriptions.
Print No Irr - Type YES to print a worksheet for all patients. A worksheet contains any report entries made in the previous month and list active prescriptions in the patient's profile. Type NO to bypass printing a worksheet for patient without potential indicator exceptions.
Repeat Date - Type the last date on which the worksheet was printed. This ignores any prescriptions that have an original, original date earlier than this date. This eliminates repeatedly reviewing medication that only requires a first time review. All Therapeutic Indicators with a Y in the RPT column are not affected by this repeat date. All new medication entered since the Repeat Date are printed with the notation 'New Order...Proper Diagnosis Required'. Leave blank the first time running this program for the nursing home.
