Billing Matrix History

Billing Matrix History provides details about the Date of Change, Time of Change, RPh/Tech Initials, and whether the Patient Per Diem Rate or Patient Billing Matrix changed. Changes to these attributes are common with Medicare and Medicaid patients. The Billing Matrix History provides an easy way for pharmacy staff to review payor information for any period.

To access Billing Matrix History:

1. Select the History icon on the Billing Matrix toolbar. The Patient Billing Matrix History screen displays Dates of Change, Time of Change, Rph/Tech who made the changes, and a green check for which item was changed.
   

   

   

2. Select the View Details link to view a snapshot of the Patient Per Diem table and the Billing Matrix at the Date/Time of the change.
