Maintenance Scheduler

The File Maintenance Scheduler automatically purges and compresses various files based on the Frequency, Next Run Date and Run Time.

To access File Maintenance Scheduler:

1. Access NRx.

2. Click System Utilities. Select Master File Maintenance and click Maintenance Scheduler. The File Maintenance Scheduler screen displays:

4. Schedule the automatic file purge based on Frequency, Next Run Date, and Run Time.

5. Type the number of days (between 7 and 365) for items to be removed.

6. Click Save.

Note: Automatic backup of the selected file(s) will be performed and saved in the following format: C:\QS1\Backup\MMDDYY.

Check the option, Workflow File History, in Store Control, Store Level Options, Workflow Queue Setup to transfer items removed from the Workflow file to the Workflow History file. The Workflow History file is available for Customized Reports and Data Export.
