The Inventory On-Hand Tracking Report lists changes made to the inventory on-hand field if the On-Hand Tracking Log option is checked in Store Level Options/System Options. If the Require Logging On-Hand Changes field is checked, a prompt for a description of the change displays each time the on-hand amount is changed from the Inventory window on the Drug Record. Otherwise, the system defaults a change description of Manual Change. Sample Report
The process of generating a report in NRx involves a set of steps referred to as Report Logic. These steps include selecting data, sorting the selected data in a certain order and then printing the report. Review Reports Overview for details on these steps.
To run this report:
1. Access NRx.
2. Click Reports. Select Drug and click Inventory On-Hand Tracking. Select Options display:
3. Complete the Select Options and click Next. Sort Options display:
4. Complete the Sort Options and click Next. Print Options display:
5. Use the following definitions to complete the Print Options:
Start Date: Type the start date to begin reporting dispensing data.
End Date: Type the end date for reporting dispensing data.
Totals Only: Type NO to print the Drug Name, Init, Date Change, Time Change, Before Quantity, After Quantity, Difference and Reason for Change. Type YES to print the grand total number of drugs changed and the difference.
Manual Ch Only: Type YES to print only the manual changes to Inventory Quantity On-Hand.
SubTot.E,R,B,N: Type E to print subtotals by employee. Type R to print subtotals by reason. Type B to print subtotals by employee and reason. Type N to print subtotals by neither.
Emp. Sig Line: Type YES to print "My signature on this Inventory On-Hand Tracking Security Journal verifies that the data on this report is complete and correct."
6. Verify entries are correct and click Finish. The report prints.
