Customer Forum User Guidelines

By using this Customer Forum, the Customer agrees to the following rules and guidelines. Failure to abide by these guidelines may result in the Customer’s access to this forum being suspended or terminated at the sole discretion of RedSail Technologies, LLC.

Rules

  • No spam. All automated messages, advertisements, and links to competitor websites will be deleted immediately. 
  • Post in relevant categories only. Messages posted in the wrong topic area may be removed and/or placed in the correct category by moderators. 
  • Respect other members. No flaming or abusing fellow forum members. Members who continue to post inflammatory, abusive comments will be suspended or deleted from the forum at the moderators’ sole discretion.
  • Harassment. No threats or harassment of other members will be tolerated. Any instance of threatening or harassing behavior is grounds for deletion from the forums.
  • Adult content. No profanity or pornography is allowed. Posts containing adult material will be deleted. 
  • Bandwidth. All images and signatures must be 500 x 500 pixels or smaller. Posts containing over-sized images and signatures will be removed. 
  • Illegal content. No re-posting of copyrighted materials or other illegal content is allowed. Any posts containing illegal content or copyrighted materials will be deleted.
  • Personal Information. No posting of protected health information, protected personal identifiable information, or sensitive personal information.
  • Use of the forum is also subject to RedSail’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at the bottom of this site.

Posting Guidelines

  • Posts should keep a positive tone; comments should be constructive, empower your fellow Customer Forum members.
  • Post clear, honest, and accurate information.
  • Keep conversations in their relevant categories for discussion in the forum.
  • Keep customer contact information and other information private.
  • Report any content that violates these rules or guidelines to the moderators.
  • Check your grammar and spelling for accuracy.

Customer Forum moderators may provide additional direction as needed to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for RedSail’s customers.

Signature and Avatar Guidelines

  • Use JPG or PNG format for images.
  • Do not use animated images.
  • Limit images to no larger than 600 (w) x 100 (h).
  • Limit text to 20 words and three lines.
  • No overly flashy text or style that detracts from reading a thread.
  • Font size from 12 to 24 points.
  • All fonts must be clearly legible, regardless of font style.

Additional Information

  • Customers will see RedSail employees in the Customer Forum, too, including the moderators and idea mangers. As members of the Customer Forum, RedSail encourages them to participate and share their expertise just like you.
  • RedSail requests that Customers share their ideas for improving RedSail’s products and services and participate in the Ideas section of the Product Boards to provide their input and creative ideas.
  • RedSail employees may communicate with you by email or otherwise to facilitate the Customer Forum.

RedSail collects and uses the personal information that you provide and that others provide about you in the Customer Forum to facilitate the Customer Forum, improve RedSail’s products and services, and manage our customer relationships.
